Vendor Exhibition Registration / Ads
There will be an exhibition featuring saxophone product and music industry vendors. Please describe in the registration form what you need to have a successful exhibition! To better serve vendors there will be an hour (1:00pm to 2:00pm) on Saturday and Sunday reserved in the program as the “Vendor Exhibition” time. This time is AFTER the lunch break and NO OTHER events will be scheduled. On both days we will provide and advertise a $50 door prize to given to an attendee present in the exhibition area during this dedicated time. There is a loading dock on the same level very close to the exhibit room (Room95).
This year we expect a large group of attendees. We anticipate 100-150 conference attendees as is typical NASA regional event. In addition, we expect 100-200 high-school age saxophonists attending as part of the TWIN CITIES SAXOPHONE DAY event. The TWIN CITIES SAXOPHONE DAY event is partnering with NASA Region 3 this year for a combined event. The TWIN CITIES SAXOPHONE DAY organization provides advertising and marketing to the regions high school saxophonist community. We are also partnering with the SCHUBERT CLUB for the regions competition. This partnership GREATLY increase the value of the prizes we can offer AND gives the conference more opportunities for promotion through the Schubert Club Competition.

1 table = $150 per day
2 tables = $275 per day
Saturday March 16th 10:00am-4:30pm and Sunday March 17th 10:00am-4:30pm
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to set up during the evening of March 15th from 5:00-9:00pm or the morning of March 16th from 8:00-10:00am. The conference will finish at 4:30 on Sunday, March 17th and tear down will be at time. We will have storage space available if you need to send anything in advance. Please indicate if you need storage on the registration form under instructions.
